These Terms of Use govern your use of the Video Editor app (the “App”), provided by Romeo Enrique Betances. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1) About the App

Video Editor is a mobile video editing app. You can record videos with your camera, select videos from your photo library, edit them, and export/share the results.

2) Eligibility

You must comply with applicable laws and Apple’s App Store terms while using the App. If you are under 13, do not use the App.

3) Subscriptions

The App may offer optional paid subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription status may be checked through RevenueCat to unlock premium features.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage/cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings on your device.
  • Refund requests are handled by Apple under their policies.

4) Your Content

You retain ownership of the videos you record or import. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any content you edit (including music, clips, and images).

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes.
  • Upload/share content that infringes intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the App.

6) Intellectual Property

The App (including its design, code, and branding) is owned by Romeo Enrique Betances and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or redistribute the App except as permitted by law and the App Store terms.

7) Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9) Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date when changes are made.
